This paper considers the general ocean circulation (GOC) within thermodynamical closure of our climate theory, which aims to deduce generic state from first principles. The preceding papers this theory have reduced planetary fluids warm/cold masses and determined their bulk properties, provide prior constraints for derivation upper-bound when potential vorticity (PV) is homogenized in moving masses.
